Procedures

1.    A letter is addressed to the minister of the complaint.
2.    Legal and economic studies are conducted to determine whether such complaint is credible or not.
3.    The study and recommendations are forwarded to the minister.
4.    In case the complaint is found groundless, the minister decides not to proceed with the process and the party that has filed the complaint is informed of the findings of the study.
5.    In case the complaint is substantiated, the minister decides to either halt the process or refer the complaint to the prosecution.
